I went for a basic pedicure $25.00 on Wednesday 1/09/2019. A gentleman did my pedicure and charged my card $25.00. I put $0 in the tip area and $25.00 in the total area. I handed him a 5 dollar bill for the tip. In balancing my check book today I see where $30.00 was removed from my account I have tried to call the store only to get a recording that my call cannot be answered due to no one is available to answer the phone.. I know I will not get the $5.00 credited back unless I go thru the process of disputing with my bank. If he needs the money that bad keep it. I would just like to make people aware of this and tell you to check your bank account if you use this establishment. Needless to say I will not go there again and will not recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you.

I Do NOT recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to get beautiful nails done ‼️ They do not do a good job . Also i had told lady i wanted the basic pedicure which is $26 at the end man charged me $40 because lady had used shilac .. not once did i tell the lady i wanted shilac on toe nails ! Not going back to get nails done there ! Horrible ! They will rip you off another time lady wanted to charge me $45 for full set no shilac .. when man saw i have been going there for awhile he then told lady $26 for me !

After saying specifically that she didn't want them squared, they made the eyebrows square, they werent twins (not even sisters, more like distant cousins). Got wax in her hair, and didn't even finish the job all the way. Needless to say my mother way bot all to happy and very disappointed.

No eye contact.
bathrooms are dirty. their *sit* chairs smelly . They need urgent detailed cleaning. Sanitize the entire place.
Working stations are dirty and not sanitize as well. You are not treated as an appreciated client , if anything you get a weird feel of * I am not ever in the mood like attitude, Don't ask me question about your nail , I need to.finish polishing your nails so I can just take your money and go on get out of here like demeanour.
Be friendly, welcome.your guest , be nice.
ughhh anyways. I won't go there again unless they detail clean and sanitize the entire place.
