I went to this school straight out of high school I got bullied the whole 10 months I was there worst place to send anyone the institution is a waste of time and money. They let too many older people attend the school

I have had the pleasure of going to Empire for over a year for several students to cut my hair. I have always gotten in even on short notice, once in the students have done great work and always get approval from their instructors. I have never left with a bad haircut. It is a joy to go back.

The salon it's self is disgusting it looks like they haven't washed anything in the last year and a half. There are piles of junk on top of the hair salon stations. Everybody from the front desk to the Students were extremely rude. I had an appointment and continue to sit in the waiting room for 25 minutes after my appointment when I told them that I was going to have to cancel because I've been waiting so long they got even more disrespectful yelling at us to stay and lying about our appointment time even though I confirmed it five times on the phone. I am unsure how and establishment as uncleanly if this one is still in business. It disgusts me that this is a beauty school and this is where people are learning will definitely never come back .
