I have been a loyal customer here of 7 YEARS. Sadly I will not be coming here anymore. New people in the store are rude and unprofessional. I gave this girl a chance and she did my toes fine. When it came to my nails it was obvious she didn’t know how to take of the full set when she said she didn’t like taking them off this way. After saying that she ripped me actual nail off. All I got was a “I feel bad” I even had to take the ripped nail off myself. Still allowing them to continue they charged me $85 no discount or apology or free charge at least for her part. When cashing out 30 for pedi, 40 for nails, 10 for eyebrows. They had the audacity to overcharge. Then said it was for rhinestones who said 40 when they clearly said it when cashing out. Extremely disappointed with the experience I had with the newer staff.

I read so many good reviews so I decided to go in on Sunday for a pedi. There was a 20 min wait so I sat outside the spa, I could see inside since they have large windows. As they dismissed a customer that aslo got a pedi the man wanted to sit me in the same chair as the previous customer WITH OUT SANITIZING first! I asked him "oh you don't sanitize after every customer? and he said yes we do" I told him i just saw someone leave from this chair and no one sanitized it! He just looked at me like he didn't care and I said ok we'll no thanks I'll find another place! I was so grossed out and disappointed!
