This nail salon is well established and most of the staff have been at the salon since the beginning. Cool Nails serves both locals (mostly) and tourists that are in town for cruises. Young and old, male and female, all types of customers visit the salon. I find the front desk to be very polite and I find the service to be thorough. I typically come for pedicures and the occasional manicure, and I have never received rough handling or any type of infection. I see a couple particular technicians, and my nails are always perfect when I leave. Their work is meticulous. The basins are all lined, the tools are sterilized, and the files are disposed of after one use. I almost don't like to recommend this place because it is already so busy I worry that I won't be able to get an appointment when I need one. But, they set themselves apart here, and they deserve the business. I recommend this place highly.

Great service! Super professional and very clean. Run by a lovely couple. Highly recommend. Beautiful nails and reasonable prices.

Great experience! Clean facility, no wait and very thorough and attention to detail. Uses sanitary supplies. Also very affordable. $26 for pedicure. I am a regular when it comes to nail service so this is so far one of my better experience.
