So you spend around $80-$90, which fine by me. But when you come there you expect the service to be exceptional and caring, ok. And rushing to do your nails as if they are competing who’s going to finish faster and yell at each other in their language is absolutely rude. At least pretend you care about the customer that’s paying to have this business open and for you to make your wages.

HORRIBLE . Over priced and my nail technician obviously didn't understand my request on how to fix the nails she was messing up on. I tried to be patient and not complain . She Would say okay as if she understood and nothing was fixed, nails are all different shapes , and some still lumpy. Would not recommend this salon at all.

Service was good I walked in with a regular and was helped right away no complaints about anything except that when I got home after the pedicure I saw that my Footwear had ruined the pedicure on both feet. This was strange since it seemed like they took an inordinate amount of time with the dryer on my toes and then even sprayed afterwards with some kind of drying spray. Check with the person I was there with and the same thing happened to her although she said that it was unusual.

Fast service, friendly nail techs and clean environment, beautiful nails. Definitely will be back!

Came here for the first time last week to kill time with my cousin since it was during traffic time. I came in and LOVED the atmosphere but things went downhill after that. The nail tech asked me to pay upfront first (which was a red flag to me) but i brushed it off since i thought it's a store policy thing. I really liked how she shaped my nails, but it was so thick! I told her but she said it would be better thick so it wouldn't break off as easily, so okay whatever brushed that off too. The thing that caught me off guard the most was when she said my FILL (not a new set) IS A WHOOPING $30 (not including tips). I'm vietnamese with a mom that works in the nail industry (I don't go to her since she works so far) and even SHE says the price was too expensive. Talk about that Seattle rent! I know i'm not coming back here OR recommending anyone else.
