I was out shopping in New London and decided to look for a place to have my nails done for my daughter's bridal shower. I found Nails 4 U, a cute little salon in the New London Mall. It's a busy place, but I had made an appointment. The lovely lady who did my (first!) pedicure was sweet and quiet, and didn't say anything about the awful state of my toes! I had a hard time understanding her limited English when she did talk, though, and, being a newbie, didn't know when to tip or how long to stay under the nail dryer. I asked a client next to me, and she told me how long she thought I should let the nails dry, so I waited that long and finally just left.

Sonny is an artist, only place I will go for my nails. I travel an hour just to come here. $25 for basic full acrylic set, $15 for a fill.

Not the best nail salon I've been to. The best nail artist in this salon would probablly be Liz but she doesn't like taking new clients so it's pointless. It's very small and crowded inside. It's an Asian nail salon not an American nail salon although there is an America girl that works there. I'd go here as last resort.

Unprofessional and bad customer service. Called beforehand to see if there were any openings, where I was told yes. Came into the place and wasn’t greeted. I was looked at and not acknowledged after that point. Others cane in yet they were greeted and attended to. “All” that came through the door need to be acknowledged and respected if I’m going to spend my money.
