I went to this salon for the first time today. I usually go to my usual nail salon in Midtown but I was in a rush so I decided to go to one near my home.
I asked for a manicure and powder. The nail tech proceeded to do the powder, I reminded him and he said well it’s $23! First of all; I know you have to pay for EVERY service. They implied that I couldn’t afford it I guess. The pedicure was rushed and the lady wasn’t pleasant at all.
I also got a cut while the nail tech was using the driller, I started bleeding and he took the towel that was underneath my hands to wipe off the blood before using some kind of disinfectant . The proper thing to do was to use a clean cotton and the disinfectant . I told the manager and she didn’t care. I asked her why am I expected to pay full price if I got a cut , she then said they don’t give discounts when these kind of things happened. The nail tech talked to her in their native language and she said he was willing to take $5 off. Anyways, I went ahead and paid because I worked all day and was too tired. I didn’t want to stay there and discuss anything . She had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to leave gratuity! I’m already paying $103 for a very mediocre service. I wasn’t treated fairly, I guess since I’m new and was in my workout clothes, they thought I was a nobody. Never will I go again. I recorded the entire thing and will post it on my blog and Instagram. Unbelievable. Y’all need to treat everyone equal, it doesn’t matter what someone looks like , treat them with respect.
My nails look okay, the customer service is just awful

I love this nail spa. You can tell the owner takes great pride in her business. You are pampered from the time you walk in. Full service bar and lite snacks. Favorite place to feel pampered!

I recommend making an appointment. The shoulder and neck massage after a pedi is a huge plus. Lots of drink options from the bar - all included. Great service all around.

Best experience I’ve ever had!! Cindy is the absolute sweetest and she can make the most complicated designs seem so effortless! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!!

I am one of those customers that once I find a place I love, I only go there. I used to go to exec nails and spa off 1488 until they kept messing my nails up every time and couldn't even do a simple ombre nail design I wanted. I thought id try out plush and I'm so glad I did. I absolutely love my nails and they are literally perfect and how I wanted them to look. They are very nice and care about their clients. The only issue I had was my nail tech seemed to rush me big time when I had an appointment and everything. They were very busy at the time though so maybe that was just a one time thing. Nails still turned out fantastic!
