Came in today for a manicure...
I was told the prices were on the flyer that had on the counter. Basic manicure $10
Okay
Got my nails done
Went to go pay
Charged $15 for my basic manicure.
I told them please update your prices.
And I wouldn’t be back again.
My basic manicure consisted of a bowl of cold plain water to soak my nails in.
Took only 8 minutes to polish and slightly massage on my hand then dry off by air dry... no nail heater or fan.
Will I be back NOPE
Why?
Because I received better service at VIP nails down the street. And they do not lie about their prices on their service.
I receive better service and great quality. Even my pedicure at VIP was awesome.
I wanted to try a different nail salon.
Big huge mistake. Lesson learned. Bad service and bad customer service.

I very much had a terrible experience. They overcharged me and my friend. And I left with needing a refill right away. And they messed up my friends arch on her eyebrows! They waxed off her arch! I will NOT be going back EVER. And charged her 55 for a regular French tip and over charged me 110 for messed up nails! I feel like crying!

I went here because of its convenient location before I got groceries. (I usually go to deluxe on the island and they are amazing). Firstly there was no small talk or friendliness. The only words spoken to me were hi and your welcome. I paid $40+ for a "spa pedciure" which was lacking in effort and my nails ended up looking like a 5 year old painted them. Obviously I will not be going back. Only reason i'm not giving one star is because of the convenient location at heb.

to meshuu mamy.. if you like the area you should go down waldron and Purdue to VIP Nails. My experience between the two is better at this place. The gentleman listens to you and he tries to make conversation. The one service that I do get at MN Nails is my eyebrows, they do a good job for the price.
