Totally awesome new set by Olivia! Not only did she take the time to make sure the tips were sized properly for my little hands but the gel polish is gorgeous. Yes it was a little high but y’all get what you pay for.

I came here several times over the years for lip waxes because of its proximity to The College of Wooster. Those were usually hit-or-miss. My final time was in early May, and because I was graduating in a few days, I decided to also get my nails done. I regret that decision. Why?
1) The tools aren’t clean — the tech (I didn’t learn her name) carried them out in a plastic pencil box.
2) My nails were buffed with a grit so coarse that it was clearly meant for filing. It’s going to take me six months to grow out, and my natural nails now look so awful that I have to wear polish at all times.
3) My nails had bubbles because the tech rushed it.
4) The tech left me so she could help another tech do someone else’s acrylics. She didn’t even check to see how the nails came out.
It’s been three weeks since I went, and I’m still frustrated. I wanted my nails to look nice for my graduation, but I realize now I made a huge mistake. Please, don’t make the same mistake.
And to the salon: Practice better hygiene standards, and please don’t be reckless with people’s nails.

I asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned up and that was all and I walked out with the complete opposite of what I wanted the lady working there completely ignored with I asked for my eyebrows looked better before I went there. HORRIBLE

Been coming here for years. They always make time for me. And always do a excellent job. I get acrylics, a pedi and a brow wax. I have tried all in Wooster. Hands down the best in Wooster!
