All the technicians here are good. I have never had a bad experience. They accept walk-in clients, but it's best to call ahead as they are almost always busy, so expect a wait if you don't have an appointment. I arrived at 9:59 am (opens at 10) to find 4 manicure chairs and 3 pedicure stations already filled with clients. These gals (and guys) are hard workers with a zeal for professionalism and efficiency. You won't be disappointed!

I've had some good experiences here in the past. They even did my nails for my wedding! However, my experience this week was bad enough that I had to write a review. The young girl who did my pedicure scratched my ankle bone to the point of breaking skin. I still have a bunch of huge scratches and it's not close to healing. Then, when doing my nails, she held the bottle of base coat in her hand and repeatedly got it all over my hands and fingers. When I pointed this out to her, she pretended to wipe it off, but it was still there. She seemed annoyed when I told her it was still there. The quality of the manicure was not good either - wrong shape and sloppily done. I probably won't go back again, sadly.

Last time I went in I was a little late for my appointment but they were very good about it. I sat down and she started doing my nails, it was pretty quite in the salon but also from the women doing my nails, it was a little awkward. My nails were done beautifully, they were realistically thin (just how I like them) and very strong! It's hard to find a salon that can do this so I was 100% pleased with the results, 10/10 would go again.

I have been going to Lovely Nails for a long time. They do an excellent job, take really good care of their customers.

My Mom's Most Beloved And Favorite Nail Spa in Rochester. It's wonderful to visit again. I highly recommend thisbeautiful place.
