Poor communication. The managers and employees don’t care about you. They just want your money. I’ve been charged 2 extra times and cannot even get a refund. They will lie to you and say you can cancel during the contract. They said the account would cancel on its own after the 6 mo contracted period and I got charged another two times. Ridiculously poor service and o definitely won’t be going there ever again.

I really love this location the only reason I did not set it as 5 stars is because the wait times are a little much especially when they have free spray weeks and promotions like that bc people that pay monthly have to wait behind people who don’t. Other than that I see no problem at all the staff is awesome especially mel and summer these girls are always extremely helpful with my questions and concerns and are extremely nice and informed. Keep it up ladies I wouldn’t return without your positive energy! :)

The prices are a little to high but the staff was nice and explained stuff where you could understand
