They have the wrong times posted online and could have cared less when I tried to correct them so they fix it

They do good work, but the employees really need to work on time management since, at this time, they don't have the staff to accommodate the volume of customers that are coming in. I had an appointment and I had to wait 45 mins before being serviced. That's unacceptable for having an appointment.

I am 34 and have been coming to their salon since I was 16 years old. They always do a beautiful job. I never have any problems with my nails breaking easily or anything and they stay on a long time. One thing I would suggest is if you need your nails done for something special maybe call ahead of time. They get busy and sometimes there is a wait time. But, I'm a patient person so it doesn't bother me. Hope this is helpful

The manager Tim is so sweet he was the one who did my nails. He took his time but I'm not complaining because I can tell he does good work. It was my first time going there on a Sunday and he took me in 10 mins before closing and gave me a $5 off coupon on my visit. I definitely will be doing again!
