Always so friendly and kind. They always do a spend a bit more time during the pedicure massage, which is awesome.

I went to this nail salon a couple of months ago to get a wax and the technician who was helping me was with another customer when I walked In. Apparently the other customer was a regular and she was looking for a certain nail polish color so the technician decided to take me while she was choosing her nail polish color. The technician was rushing with me to do my wax that she actually burned me. She wanted to get back to her regular customer and in doing so ended up doing a really horrible job on me. As a compensation she didn't charge me for my chin which is where she burned me. I will never go back to this place again.

I hate giving a bad review, but don't make my mistake. Go elsewhere. I went in for the first time to get a gel manicure and a pedicure. My first impression was that the salon was very disorganized and frankly dirty looking. I should have followed my instinct to leave. My total was 70 dollars and not worth it. My gel manicure the first day started to flake. By day six it started peeling off completely - a regular Opi manicure lasts the same for less than half the price. They don't use plastic bags on the bowls for the pedicure, they did not look sanitary. Their tools were just hanging out and looked dirty. Most salons have sanitary bags for tools but these were not properly bagged. She could sense my hesitation and assured me that she cleaned the bowl well, but I saw two ladies give pedicures to women consecutively without cleaning bowls between pedicures. They used lotion jars that were old and crusty, everything honestly looked so unsanitary and dirty. I just wanted to get out and at the end, they were pumping me for more tips and to add on massages. I can get a mani/pedi elsewhere in Los Altos for cheaper and frankly better service and quality.

Sadly, I got the worst gel manicure I've ever had here (had years of gel manicures). Disappointing since I did have one good really experience there before.

Great services. Better than I've had in a long time. The nail tech was patient, accommodating and friendly. Will be back!
