Needed to get one nail fixed and a man did it for me and all my other nails were perfect but the nail he did didn’t equal up. The nail was bigger then the other ones

Now I no longer wonder why there is no business at future nails on prospect road in Jackson.
While my son was at a birthday party, I ran in there to get a pedicure. Asking how much it would cost she told me $35 -$45 for a spa pedicure. So I just said okay, that's a reasonable cost.
During this process there was no massage or anything of the kind it was in cold water with cold stones.
I asked to look through their colors of polish and was handed a basket after selecting my color I was told they didn't have that, no problem I picked out another color and they proceeded.
At the end of the pedicure they told me my total was $65 when I had asked to talk to the manager know what had happened they cornered me and had spoke in another language a crossed me to another lady as I'm standing there than told me she can take $5 off the total after arguing with me.
This lady spent an hour on my pedicure and was unable to get a tip due to outrageous prices.
After this as I'm getting up to leave as she's laughing she apologizes and says she doesn't understand she doesn't speak English .
If I had known I was getting gel polish and it was $20-30 extra I would not of had it done.
I goto high end spas and get much better service for less!
Very unsatisfied with my experience there, will not go back there, and do not recommend!!!!!!!
