I bought a Groupon for a gel manicure here. I scheduled my appointment online, and chose the option for “any tech” to do the service. I got a call the day of my appointment saying the lady who was to do my nails had an emergency and they needed to reschedule, so I agreed and rescheduled for a few weeks later. Totally understand if you have an emergency. But then the day of my rescheduled appointment, I got a call an hour before my scheduled time asking if I could come in now. I was at work and couldn’t leave for another 30 minutes, so I explained that I’d be there as soon as I could, but it would only be 15 minutes before my scheduled time. She said okay. Literally was less than half a mile from the salon when I got another call. The lady had another emergency, and she wanted to reschedule me for a Friday a few weeks later. I reminded her that I’ve already been rescheduled and I will not accept another. Remember when I said I didn’t request a certain nail tech? Explain to me why nobody else could fit me in, especially since I’ve been waiting like 5 WEEKS at this point to have my appointment. I contacted Groupon and requested a refund. Don’t even need to step into this salon to know they’re terrible. I will never recommend to anyone.

Beyonce was lots of fun & made my first time experience very welcoming and enjoyable. She was very accommodating and took her time to make sure I was comfortable. I will be back in the future. Thanks Beyonce! -Maz

Absolutely enjoyed everything about it here. Everyone was so nice. Beyonce is an amazing woman. She is gentle and keeps you entertained the whole time.

I had a great experience! Beyoncé was very funny and nice and a perfectionist! I had an acrylic gel set and pedicure.
