My nail polish always changes color and chips off or peel off completely and this is the gel polish that they use every time I go I always have to go back and get something fixed keep in mind every time I go I spend $40 plus and I always tip on top of that smh

It took 30 minutes to be seen and afterwards, Jo cut one of my nails way too close. I yelled out and pulled it away. Although it did not bleed, I asked her for medicine which she finally put on. The whole experience was a wash. My foot was very sore when I had to put on shoes. When I informed her of the pain, it was virtually dismissed. I need to read the reviews more and stick with a higher quality salon. Don’t go here.

Terrible customer service!!!! I went and got my nails done (fill in)7/22 and the very next day a nail breaks off in half. I called and explained everything to the lady she said because she did a fill in she couldn’t do anything about it but if it was a full set she could. Crazy part is my full set was done by them 2 weeks before and still have the receipt. Will never visit this place again!!!!

I am always acknowledged as soon as I walk in. I've never had to wait for more than ten minutes. Henry does a wonderful job on my acrylics. Their prices are very reasonable.

I have been to this establishment frequently because it is near my home and convenient. I would say my experiance is a 50 50 toss up depending on my appearance. I feel like when i look more composed i get treated better than when i look as though i am running errands. I have sat for 15 minutes waiting to be acknowledged by the staff. While other people are acknowledged immediately. I have been talked about in their native language several times. I have experienced this on more than one occasion. I am writing this not necessarily for the customers but the business owners. It is rude in my opinion to negotiate pricing and discuss matters concerning customers in their presence in other languages . How can you create brand loyalty when you are giggling at ppls feet and clothes etc. Especially when they are coming to you in a vulnerable state of beauty trying to get service. People know when you are talking about them and it makes them uncomfortable.
