I thought my nails were good at first but then I noticed that they're a little bumpy. Combine that with how sensitive they are 3 hours later and I'd only give this place 3 stars. I had to wait about an hour before they could start my full set. Maybe they were understaffed that day. It looks super cute in there and I will probably be back at some point to try the pedicure.

Location in Concord: did not like it. Too loud; too rushed. I felt extremely rushed. Tech was chatting about getting a bunch of alcohol & partying tonight with the lady at reception area.
Lacked professionalism & class.
The location in Mentor/next to Drug Mart is so much better for me. I get my nails/toes done in order to relax. They are very respectful of that at the Mentor location.
Nails look good but not worth the $ due to the party-environment. A huge turn-off!
