I went to Happiness Nails yesterday and let me say it was HORRIBLE! I went in for a pedicure and a fill in. I have no problem waiting 10-15 minutes while my feet soaked but waiting almost an hour and NO ONE started working on me was ridiculous the water was ice cold and I had reclined to my feet being out of the water. I then got this god awful woman who tore my feet to shreds, she would pull my feet out of the water and push them back in, she filed them so short that they hurt, my heels hurt from how hard she scrubbed. After an hour doing my pedicure she went on to do the Fill in. In between she made me wait 20 minutes so she could call someone on the phone. Then on top of that she cut every single on of my cuticles to where I was bleeding and proceeded to spray alcohol on my nails after she had cut them. I am super patient but after I tell you 4 or 5 times that it hurts and you continue to pull, or cut or whatever you do that is when I had enough. When she was finished I had been in that salon for over 3 hours. Thankfully I didn't have much to do after my evening at the salon. OH and she told me that I needed to tip her. So I did respectfully but she was telling me what I needed to do. Spent $67 dollars on awful customer service and long wait times. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Went on short notice. I had an amazing young man (Rocky ) do my gel nails. Will see him again. He is very meticulous. His work is fabulous.

Will not be going back. Happiness Nails and Spa has been my go to nail shop. Yet I will not be going back because of the poor service. Now there are some great workers there but I recently got a horrible one. Very unpleasant hand pulls and he pained very littley and the glitter I got is not even over the full nail. I got square instead of coffin. I tried to stop him but it was just horrible.

I had gone to a "new" salon in barstow and they completely botched my nails that broke withing 2 days-.- Tony at Happiness mot only fixed them but took his time and made sure I was happy at every moment:) he was very particular :) I loved it thank you so much

Terrible. The woman did a terrible job on a regular pedicure so I complained then they refused to do my nails. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Then the Male Manager pulled my hair! And he wasn't arrested. NEVER GO HERE!
