This place has terrible business skills. I made an apointment for 5:15 and wasn't finished until 7 due to the fact that 3 people without appointments got served before I did. Furthermore they were very rude and kept asking me to pay before I was finished. Just to add to the shittyness they cut my finger while clipping and asked if I wanted my nails buffed nonchalantly then charged me 9 extra dollers. The prices were decent but only because the service was abysmal.

I went here about 2 years ago with a friend and thought it was really nice- when i left I made a mental note that I should go back there if i ever got sick of going to my regular place. When i went today it was SO filthy and unmaintained that I barely recognized it as the same location. It was unkempt to the point that there was dust and dirt on the products and equipment, a towel that was acting as a seat cover for the sofa in the waiting area....even the block that you rest your wrists on while they do the manicures were coming apart! To make matters even more unpleasant the ladies that worked there did a poor job pampering.... while sometimes I am going for an "In and out" job because I have to be somewhere- I'll let you know if I'm in a rush- otherwise I go to be pampered, and they barely performed the typical steps involved when getting a mani-pedi... no hand massage, and basically a pat on the back when I sat down at the drying station. The actual paint job isnt bad, but they filed some of my fingernails on a slant. The worst part was that I brought a friend with me and told her before we went how it was a really nice place.... imagine how embarassed I was! I asked the friend who brought me there 2 years before what had happened and she said there had apparently been a change in the management. Bottem line: Go elsewhere!
