I was over charged for sloppy work! ALWAYS ask the price before getting any service. My nails have been on for 2 weeks and they are lifting and I will not return to this place. They are unsanitary as well they use the same tools on everyone as well as cross contaminating the nails and feet tools. Update, barley time for a balance and lost four nails, look like press on’s they came off so easily!

AVOID this place at all costs! It’s over priced for techs I’m not even sure are licensed. I tried to give them another chance because their pedicures are decent but this is the second and last time I’ll complain about the work the lady at “seat 1 - away from the pedicures”, does on nails. She’s very rude and unprofessional. Rushed the entire time and can’t do basic nails or nail art. Refused to fix my nails and clean my hands. Kept telling me I just need lotion! And the pics are after she gave me an acetone cotton ball to clean them and lotion. I’m disappointed and they don’t realize how messing up and having poor customer service really can mess up a persons day, plans and more.

I can appreciate efficiency, but then there are technicians that make you feel like you’re an inconvenience. She sped through my dip nails in under an hour. The shaping is inconsistent and I had to point out where she missed polish. I’ll have to re-file a few when I get home. She was so busy chatting with another technician that she started filing my finger with the high-grit board. The final product was decent, but nothing to brag about. Can get better, more attentive service elsewhere for that price. Tip: they charge for shaping the nail unless it’s their “standard shape”. I did not know this, nor was I asked which shape I wanted until, they charged an extra $5 at checkout. They did give me money back, but it was not professional. I would rather go somewhere where I’m treated like a person, not a paycheck.

I can no longer support this salon after my last visit. The time before my most recent visit, one of my nails began chipping. I went back to get my nail fixed and they fixed it for free. The rest of my nails began chipping as well. This was less than a week after getting my nails done. I went back to get the rest of my nails fixed. I was told that it was because there was something wrong with the gel lamp. I went in on 2/14 for a gel balance and was charged $45. My nails look terrible. I have one extremely crooked nail and my nails looks rushed. I've added pictures for a visual ***Due to this companies incorrect statements I have to edit my review. Like I stated above I initially came in for a balance and got red gel nails. One of my nails began chipping less than three days from getting my nails done (this is not supposed to happen especially with gel nails but you should know that babe since you know, it’s your job). Also like I stated above you fixed the nail for free. Two days later the rest of my nails began chipping and you fixed them with the SAME red color I initially got. I came back on the 14th to get a balance and I got pink and paid $45. Lets discuss how on your website it says a gel balance was $30 but somehow I was charged $45. It’s totally fine. I’ll report you to the Better Business Bureau honey.

Went to get my acrylics soaked off. I do not normally go to this salon, I got to N&T Nails which is 10/5 stars!! I walked in and it was busy of course, but I only wanted my nails soaked off, which they could’ve started doing that while waiting to finish the other two people before me. Instead I just sat there, which whatever I can wait my turn. Anyway she seats me and she starts using the same sanding bit used previously on the woman sitting there before me, thank god it was just my acrylics and not my actual nails. I didn’t even know what to say. Well she tried to pry my nails off with just an acrylic nail tip which of course hurt, so she says “Oh okay we’ll soak them” which she only did to my right hand and decided to do my left hand without soaking them first. It hurt but I’m a big girl. Anyway so then she gets the acrylics off and GOES to file my regular nails with a USED file! I said “No please don’t use a used file”, she claims it was new, and grabs another one, and honestly I don’t know if it was new or not, just hoping I don’t get nail fungus. She clipped my regular nails down! They look terrible. They’re extremely short and the sides weren’t filed so they’re sharp. She nicely put a clear coat over my nails but honestly that was the only good thing she did. I made a mistake coming here just for a simple service that cost me 15, don’t come here and waste 60!!! Go to N&T nails! They were closed today or I would’ve went there for sure.
