I love princess nails!! The staff is great and so friendly! Although I don't feel like any salon takes them when doing a manicure anymore. They do the best pedicure and have great prices!!

This is by far the best in town! I have established a friendship with the staff here.. just from regular visits. Their customer service is hands down the best! They can get busy, but well worth the wait! I have never been able to keep up regularly with my nails, but now I look forward to going!!

I give Princess nails 5 stars because they did a really good job! The massage was wonderful and to top it off they finish with hot stones and hot towel. I was visiting Lafayette for the weekend and am happy I stopped here!

Wait time is horrible, literally 3 people working on nails plus horrible customer service!!!! The wrong color was put on my nails and then they cut my nails down WITHOUT my permission. I ended up spending 2 hrs there. They also don’t go in order of who came in first. This is my third. Bad experience and I don’t think I’ll be back.

Poor sercice the lady didnt do my nails the right shape & she was very rude & kept me waiting with half of my nails done while she dealt with others who came after me i believe her last name on her appron was nuygen and as my first time going there my experience was horrible!!!
