Good music. Great atmosphere. Me and a friend went in to get an acrylic nail. Just one but they didnt want to charge us for one small nail so in stead they gave us some helpful suggestions that would be cheaper. They even gave her a new set of acrylics for only $30. I cant wait to come back for myself. Manicures only cost $15

A friend and I walked in to Passion Nail Salon on 3/24/18 for a manicure and pedicure. We were politely greeted and seated a short time afterwards.
The technician that completed my pedicure did a good job. She left to finish some other customers that were in the salon after finishing my pedicure.
I sat waiting for my manicure for several minutes. No one approached me to tell me who would be completing my manicure until my friend who was seated next to me looked over and noticed my manicure was not done. She then told the tech I had requested that service, as well.
The technician finished up my friend’s manicure and then started on my pedicure. She was immediately rude, pushy and acted as though she was in a hurry. She really acted as though she was doing me a favor.
At one point, I tried to ask her a question and she replied, “What?”, I asked again and she ignored me and returned to trimming my cuticles in the roughest manner I have ever experienced in my life.
This technician cut my cuticles until one of my fingers bled. I got a bandage to control the bleeding after I left. She rudely pulled and tugged on my hands throughout the entire process. My nails were quickly and roughly cut and filed. There was not one evenly cut nail on either hand when she was finished!
I was very polite throughout this entire nightmare. The technician didn’t have the sense to thank me when she had finished carving my fingers. I looked at her strangely and said, “Thank you.”, to get some sort of response from her. After hearing me say, “Thank you” she then replied with a dry “Thank you” and walked away. I walked away having experienced the worst service for a manicure in my life.
Customers, enter at your on risk!!!! This place needs to ensure all technicians are treating customers courteously and professionally or it will not last much longer. I would have scored the business a zero if I had the option. I do not like paying my hard earned money for bad service!

We were visiting and arrived early. They were so kind they let us in and accommodated us right away. Very clean, and very friendly. We laughed and had a great time. They assisted us with everything. Set our massage and drink if we wanted. Removed dead skin that other nail salons did not. Highly, highly recommend and the deluxe sea salt package is awesome!!! Thank you

If I could give a negative amount of stars I'd give a negative 3 stars. I have never felt so distressed at a place where you're supposed to go for self care and primping. I don't usually give reviews unless a place is spectacular or just shouldn't be in business; this place is the latter. Judging by the amount of people they had in there and they way they treated me, it seems they are on their last leg. Also I waited for half an hour when they said it would be right away. Don't go here they are careless.

I went to top nail salon first they told me they needed me to go to this salon so I walk in and there is literally no one in the place just a girl sitting bare feet on the chairs on her phone telling me pick a color didn’t even ask what I wanted I than told her I needed something special done to my nails she said sit down and the lady came over and started on my nails she was nice and tried to talk to me which I liked but my nails are so bad one hand is longer than the other she trimmed my thumb nail at an angel it’s bad !!
