I’ve been going here with my grandma for months and months! Only 17 for a fill in! I always make an appointment with Vu & Kim. They’re the owners and always do a wonderful job. Huge variety of polishes, powders, and gels. They also offer wine, water, etc. 10/10 recommend for Knoxville area.

Been coming here for a months and always had great service came yesterday and was told to come back today she's in there doing somebody else's nails but I was told I could get a pedicure but not a manicure but yet she's sitting there doing a manicure for somebody else so I will never go back there again

The sign outside says they open at 9:30am Monday through Saturday. The shop didn’t open until 10am. This is the second time I’ve had to wait outside, past 9:30 for them to open. And after waiting this morning, I was told she couldn’t do a full set at 10 AM until “Tee” got there. I’ll never be back. So unprofessional. It’s pasting opening time!!

Horrible place to get your nails done... they don't know how to do fills... they don't do acrylics only gel. I needed a full on my nauld.. the apprentice took my nails off and was filling my real nail so she can painted with gel paint!! And they are expensive...

over priced n mediocre work. She didnt buff my feet very well. i asked her to buff more n she didnt. didnt paint them very well. nails were bumpy... all together sloppy work. i will never come back ot recommend that shop. thats probally why the didnt have any business.
