I used to come here all the time until they changed management. If you plan on going in as a walk in, don’t even bother. The woman was so rude and didn’t even make eye contact when she responded that they were “obviously busy”. While I completely understand that walk ins aren’t always accepted or might require waiting, you can at least be polite about it! Will not be returning here.

The place is beyond gorgeous!
This place accepts card and when you call for an appointment, they text your phone to remind you of your appointment!
Staff is great, they don't speak in their language to make others feel bad.
Prices are just right. They always put love in their work.
Must try this ladies!

I have never been treated so poorly by someone who claims they were "the manager". I walked in asked for a manicure and the young girl looked back and screamed "MANICURE??" As if I couldn't speak English and I said yes please she told me to pick a color and I said okay just give me a minute I'm not sure what color I want. After a moment I hear her rudely asking WHO WANTED A MANICURE WHERE ARE YOU and I said oh I'm right here and with her nasty attitude said well could you hurry up they are waiting for you. I couldn't believe this. I said wow that was rude, I come here to relax and you are being a little nasty where is the manager? She snapped back that she was the manager and I said well that is unacceptable to speak to someone like that. I said no thanks forget it I don't want my nails done. I have come here so many times and never dealt with this or been treated this way. Coming from a family that owns numerous businesses and am a manager myself I am always so kind and attentive to everyone so to be treated like this is upsetting. They might want to think about how they speak to people because they are losing business. I would like to talk to the real owner.

By far the worst gel manicure I have ever had! The gel that was already on my nails was not taken off completely, so the new polish is not smooth (AND it is peeling off 2 days later because it was also applied to my cuticles). I had to go home and round the edges of my squared nails a little because they were so sharp! This place is cheap, and you get what you pay for! And on top of everything else, all the workers started making fun of a customer after she left! I couldn't wait to get out of there!
