I hardly ever post bad reviews but after my tattoo experience today I just have to get this out there. My tattoo itself looks great. Happy with that. The customer service on the other hand, not so much. I got tattooed by Josh and when he showed me my tattoo I was getting I had some changes I wanted to make. It wasn't the right design for the arrow and when I wanted him to change some things he would huff and puff about it and get mad. This happened several times because it's something permanent so I wanted it to be what I had pictured in my head. Then we get tattooed and I go to sit up but felt dizzy so I waited. He was tearing down his stuff but I wanted a line shaded in more so he got super mad about that. I get you need to get a new needle and I apologized and said he didn't need to but whatever. He did. So it was fixed. Then I go to pay and he originally quoted me $80 when I scheduled the appointment and it ended up being $150. Big jump from $80 especially since I wasn't aware of the price increase. So I paid without hassle because I didn't want to make a scene but just overall bad experience. I'm sorry but I won't be coming back anytime soon...

Everyone there were absolutely awesome people, very nice, very clean and welcoming, very professional! Will definitely go back and tell people about!
Once again I went and received another tattoo from Aaron and once again I left a VERY happy customer! I'm telling ya, just really great and comfortable environment, everyone there very nice and professional! And EVERY artist that works there is and does Amazing work! Will definitely go back again and would recommend Tooth and Nail to all! Don't go somewhere and just settle for ok work, go there and know you WILL come out very satisfied and happy!

Such a creative couple! These guys rock! So personable and easy going. They aren't looking for a fast buck, they care about their customers and customers health, using top of the line products only. Stop in and see what they can do for you!

I got my nose pierced here, and I appreciated how honest the staff was. My piercer was upfront about the cost and potential pain associated with my piercing. Also, when I said I did not want it as high on my nose as he originally marked, he helped me find where the piercing would look best and be low enough for my taste. Overall, it was a great experience.

Super relaxed atmosphere. I got a tattoo, was there for 4 hours, but it didn't seem that long. Everyone was super chill. Chatted about all stuff nerdy, enjoyed my self. I would deffintly go again, thank you To the whole staff and Josh Kilby for doing a sweet job on my tattoo.
