i showed him a specific picture of what i wanted on my nails, he did not give me what i asked for and when i asked him if he could fix it he griped at me. do not go here, they are not professional and do not do a good job.

Saying they were okay would be generous. I came to get acrylic nails for my graduation pictures (which is always the type of nail I get, never had any problems). Well to start off, the thought I wanted a manicure, not fake nails. Then when they started to work on them correctly, the lady had cotton ball fuzz all over her hands, which stuck to the polish. There were lines and speckles all over the place, and she was grouchy when I pointed them out and asked for them to be fixed. She didn’t paint the tips and missed some sides. I could have done it better with my left hand. Then they dented horribly after they told me they were dry, which I had them fix. They dried again and they said I was good to go... I was not. They dented again. At this point it had been over an hour and a half, I was 15 minutes late to an event I told them about before I even got them done. After the event, I came back to get them fixed. They tried to blame the problems on the polish and made me choose a new color (from limited options I might add). These didn’t dent, but are still extremely sloppy. Missed spots and looks like they’ve been growing out for a week. Then she had the nerve to tell me not to dent them again... obviously. DON’T GO HERE.

Nina did a fantastic job! Made sure each step that I was okay with the shape and length of my dip powder nails and was very thorough in shaping and filling them.

I just stopped at this nail salon requested for one nail to be completely replaced like remove piece of acrylic that I had on my broken nail, but since I have not got my full set here they cannot just do one nail. He said he couldn’t fit it. I advise them that I was willing to pay he advise me they wouldn’t do it unless I didn’t do a full set! SMH
