I was a solid customer of this establishment. Then something happened and it went down to only two staff members. I haven't been back in a very long time.I went there today and was told 45 minutes at 4:20 I did some shopping and came back. At 10 after 5 I was seated in a pedicure chair as I was waiting two ladies walking and stated they had appointments. I never thought anything of it I had been waiting an hour already. I continued to just sit there until he finished with the woman. He gets up and instead of coming over to do my pedicure he goes to someone else. I basically wasted an hour and a half and I walked out. I will never return save your time go somewhere else. Very poor customer service. Go to Robinson mall the kick ass and great pricing.

I like 'em. I've only been there twice but they're friendly and fast so I was happy.

That place may work for some but not for me! Johnny is nice but can't polish to save his life! And the boss acts as if she can't assist. I'm pissed my polish job looks like my 3yr old daughter did It!

Only leaving 1 star because no stars isnt an option. Ive been to probably 50 nail salons and this one was the ABSOLUTE worst experience Ive had. Half-assed work from the very beginning (not sanding previous polish off completely, not cleaning underneath the nails until asked, turning what was square, straight, nails into unsymmetrical messes) if you have to coach someone through their job you should probably go elsewhere, which is what I will do. She then had the audacity to charge me 5 dollars for 1 extra coat of nail polish (which involved a barely damped brush) after having to fix the acrylic more than once and arguing with me about my nails looking, as i called it, pregnant (too much acrylic at one end and not enough at the tips) absolutely ATROCIOUS nail salon. I truly believe Stevie Wonder couldve done a better job.

Lee was fantastic, first time for having nails put on. She was very pleasant and helpful picking out colors for me.
