Their customer service is just pure trash! They don’t accommodate you or welcome new customers. The quality is great however it’s not worth the unprofessional attitude that you receive. I rather receive mediocre service w/ great customer service than be in the presence of someone with an unpleasant attitude.

This is a great place. My first experience here and I couldn't be any happier. The nail tech was awesome and made me feel really comfortable.

Love this place. Hailey is the best here in Waco. Anything you want or design she can do. Great work just fantastic. Only place i would go to in Waco to get my nails done. Been other places and the quality of work and nail was horrible.
