Horrible! I went there to remove the gel nails and do a manicure. I went with a friend who wanted to do the same. But the guy who started doing it was horrible. He just started digging under my nails with his own hand after he couldn,t get it off. Yuck! My friend was almost in tears due to the pain. Once the removal was done however a very sweet girl did my manicure and it was done well. I have to say that this girl is the one I will go to if I ever go there again. And gel is out of question. Am never doing it again! The 2 stars are for her else my review would be a 0!

I visited OPI while I was home visiting my mom. The girl Lucy was nice enough, even though she complained a lot about leaving NJ, but my nails look terrible. My cuticles are all cut up and peeling, and my nails look like I haven't gotten them done in a month. Just a heads up to any new person who might try this place, dooooooooo nooooootttttt!!! Besides it's dirty and definitely not as well sanitized as it should be.

The service was very poor. The person scratched my legs with his nails and it's hurting now badly. I don't understand one thing- how come one person named Tina does 30 mins pedicure and the rest do it for 10 mins quick. I came after everyone sitting there for pedicure and left before them. Very poor in skill and not satisfied at all

Horrible experience and I will never go back. I got gel nails done and they put it on so thick that it looks like acrylic, burned my nails under the UV lights, and started peeling off within days. And they were more expensive than my usual place! Gel nails done correctly shouldn't be thick, should be put on in thin layers, shouldn't burn when under the light, and shouldn't peel off so quick.
