I wish there was a negative stars button. I had a fulleset put on. With in 12 hours they started to lift! Not a single nail was the same shape or size, and they were all different lengths. I called to let them know the nails were lifting the lady on the phone said to come in Monday and she will fix them for me. I arrived Monday and she had me go to the same nail tech that messed my nails up in the first place! So I decided no way! Are they fixing these I want them off. So I told the lady I wanted them soaked off that they were terrible. And not ripped off cuz that hurts. the lady said I tried to fix them for u Friday( so she knew they were terrible but let me leave like that?) but her fixing was grinding off the side of my nail down into my nail bed and my finger hurt 2 days after that! They soaked my nails off in a crockpot with acetone and it was plugged in. I got attitude the entire time from all the staff like how dare I not be satisfied with their crappy nail job!The acetone was so hot it was burning me so when I took my hand out they said "no in" I said "its burning" why did I get a confused look? And then it was turned off. The lady told me she would give me a refund because I did pay $48 even though the sign said $28 for full set. And I only got french manicure air brush! She told me some story of how she cant figure out how to get the machine to refund and she will give me a gift card. I declined a gift card and told her I wouldnt be returning. she stated she will call me when she figures it out. And will refund my money. That was 2 weeks ago and I still have no refund! And no phone call! Terrible terrible terrible!

if i could this place no stars i would. my friends nail broke and chipped after 2 days of getting them done. the shaping and the paint job are horribly done. there's a random dip in the side of my nail. the nails are also oddly bulky and look too big for my fingers. do not suggest.

Hannah is wonderful. She is an expert in her field. Gel nails and pedicure are my choices. Never, in 6 years, have I had a bad experience. Pretty Nails is a top nail salon. Hannah is professional, funny, and provides exemplary service. A must go to salon in North Olmsted.

The nail polish was chipping within an hour of leaving. What a complete waste of time and Money.

Less then pleased, I got dip nails, they turned out horrific! Nail tech didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Left some of the product all over my skin, my cuticles are a cut up from the grinder, the nails them self came out bumpy, I could of done a better job at home, for the price I paid, I expect you to know what your doing. Will not be returning.
