I love Kelly she is the best! She takes very good care of her customers!!!!! She does a very good job detail for detail.... Never have a complaint about her... She the best!!!!!!

Kelly is AWESOME! She was detail- oriented.... patient and ensured my experience was amazing! Update: I continued to patron the business and whenever I used my card to pay she always added on a few extra dollars without any notice or permission.... when I asked why.... she just laughed.... the last fill was beyond subpar... so disappointed

They did a pretty good job for me. Lil bit more than what I usually pay but it was a pleasant visit for the most part, I'll be going back

UPDATE!
I’m adding more to my review because I would like to show people my nails only 5 DAYS LATER. I just realized that a base coat was never put on my nails. I’m going so hard because I treated myself to a $60 mani/pedi & this is how my nails look, pitiful. I refuse to walk around with chipped & peeling nails so I had to take the chipped/peeled polish off. Good thing my toes are still on point, I’m sure it’s because she put on a base coat!
If I could leave 1/2 star I would. The only good thing about this shop was 2 of the pedicurist and 2 customers. Customer service? Barely. The first woman that I spoke to who works there didn’t even acknowledge me until after I was standing at the podium for a while looking at the prices, didn’t even look me in my face to answer my questions, just rude. Come to find out she is the Kelly of Kelly & Ly Nails. There was a miscommunication with me not wanting an overlay on my nails and the nail tech had a FIT, huffing & puffing just to put 2 things you didn’t end up needing away. They ask to be paid in cash only, which is fine, but surely I will need a receipt, so I asked for one. Once again huffing & puffing with dirty looks just because I asked for a receipt for a cash transaction. Now on top of all of that, one of my nails have already chipped.... I got them done this morning. Never again Kelly & Ly Nails, never again.
