She used a super course file meant for acrylic nails, not natural nails. She used cuticle nippers to cut my finger nails and toes nails, not clippers. One toe bled. I don't think they intentionally do a bad job but this was horrible.

The lady who did my nails was super nice, but she went from scrubbing someone's someone's feet to painting my nails without washing her hands. Also, she spent little time fixing/pushing back my cuticles, leaving them crooked. I was also suprised at the amount of times she looked at her phone while painting my nails.
