This place is amazing! They are truly great people, and they keep everything clean and neat all of the time. They do eyebrows perfectly, and are amazing at doing nails!! Definitely recommend coming here!!

I visited this salon twice and had good service with no wait time. I returned a 3rd time about 45 minutes before closing and was refused service although the 'open' sign was on. I returned a 4th time a few days later on 4/13/19 at 1:26 and received the worst service ever. There were 4 techs ( 2 women and 2 men). Everyone was professional and nice except the younger women who waited on me. She was unfriendly, didn't speak, talked on her blue tooth, after her phone conversation she had her bottom lip stuck out, hurt my big left toe twice without an apology explaining to me she just trying to do a good job so I told her I didn't want to bleed and she rolled her eyes at me, then took my payment and walked away without a thank you and have a nice day. She was 100% awful. I see why Swan Nail is not busy and the two other nail salons near by are always busy.

These people become like family. They take care of their customers. They would rather be short on help than hire workers that are not good people. Love this place and have been going for a long time.
