I asked for a full set and to take the set off I had on then at that time. I showed them a picture of a set of nails that was posted on their page and asked if they knew how to do the set of nails of the picture that I showed them, because the picture was posted on their own social media site. They told me they knew how to do the set and that they’ve done it before. While my nails were soaking in acetone to take my old set of nails off, they stuck a dirt tool, which was a dirty nail drill bit, into the bowl of acetone as I was soaking my nails off. At first they tell me a set price of $45 for what I want done, then they changed the price to $58 after a few minutes of telling me the first set price. I picked out a color and they did not use the correct color 3 times that I picked out. I had to stick with the wrong color that I did not even choose, even though I said that’s still not the color that I picked out. They didn’t know how to do the set that I asked him to do, he had never done it before as he had to ask for help several times how to do it, even when I was told several times he knew how to do this set. The set I asked for was a simple acrylic color powder set with nail decals. I did not get the shape I asked for, the color I asked for, and the acrylic was not even fully covering any of my nails. I was highly dissatisfied with the horrible nail job that I asked to just take them off so I could leave. I was still charged $10 for an unsanitary, disappointing service, even though I left with nothing on my nails. If I would have known this, I would have just kept the nails I had on before a little longer and went to a different salon.

When I went and got them done he didn’t do them right it was shaped funny and not even he didn’t put nail polish on them for real it was like he was in a rush

It started off nice but ended poorly my nail service and look like it worth about 80 dollars I wanted the Acrylic powder with gel a young lady suggested diamonds so I said sure I thought in my mind that's cool this shouldn't be no higher than 80 because I got my toes the same way so I glady gave her my card and the receipt said something else never again will I go in there.

My nails are not dry at all and they keep on messing up . I went at 10 am as soon as they opened the doors and it’s 12 pm and my nails are not dry they should be ashamed of themselves.
