The people here are liars and thieves. I went to get my acrylic nails removed and the lady TORE OFF my nail completely. I was BLEEDING all over the equipment and table, she did not provide any first aid or even a band aid. Not only did she not provide first aid, but she did NOT SANITIZE the equipment that had my blood on it. Then put the bloody equipment back WITH the clean equipment. She stated it cost $6, I paid with $10, she took a $2 tip without asking and then lied afterwards and stated it cost $8. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE UNSANITARY AND DISHONEST. The manager is a liar, and so are the workers.

This place is the definition of horrendous. DO NOT GO HERE! Their prices are reasonable due to the fact that their nail jobs are completely terrible, it's VERY unsanitary (nail clippings and dust all over the desk), and customer service is nowhere near friendly. They cut your skin and when you complain, they don't care at all. The nail techs blame it on their customers. The worst nail tech to go to is the SKINNY GUY! He is horrendous: talks down on you, ignores your requests, does terrible nail jobs (not thoroughly painted the entire surface of the nail and there's numerous bubbles. IT LOOKS LIKE A FIVE YEAR OLD PAINTED MY NAILS.) Last time I came here was with my mom and sister. My sister and I got acrylics and my mom painted her real nails. The acrylic nails were shaped and done poorly, glue LITERALLY sticking to our skin. I got stabbed with the drill MANY MANY MANY times & when I complained the SKINNY GUY didn't care and resumed hurting me. My sister was with a lady, who did have intermediate customer service but did a POOR job. Her nails popped off in a span of 4 days. My mom was with an older lady who painted her nails terribly. She didn't even wipe the nail polish off of the skin, leaving it to dry. The old lady cut on my mom's skin several times.
And we paid $95 for this HORRENDOUS service. They seeked for tips, literally taking out money from my sister's wallet when she told them to stop. This place needs to get shut down immediately
This place is unsanitary, has no respect for their customers, and will most definitely cut your skin.
If only I can rate this place 0 STARS.

They were extremely rude and they yelled too much. The waiting takes forever and during the process of drilling the nail they hurt me many times and I started to bleed from my thumb and they shaped it horribly. Honestly not worth coming here to waste time and money. I would give them a 0 Star rating

Recently went on Friday 1/26/2018 to get a pedicure and my acrylic nails filled. They did an awesome job on the pedicure not complaints. What made my experience bad was Andy( super skinny guy) he insulted me the whole duration of sitting in his chair. He has no filter in his mouth rudest person I’ve ever come across. I couldn’t bare him belittling me i had to walk out even though my nails weren’t finished of course I paid for everything but never will I come here again 6 years of being a loyal customer gone due to Andy owner need to get rid of him

Not impressed. My gel nail polish is very thin and bumpy. They sanded my nails down to stubs.
