Have been going to Kim Nail for almost 10 years and feel like a family member. They have all of the latest and greatest colors and you even have your own box with your own nail tools. Friendly clean environment. Totally satisfied each visit.

Best nail salon in Western Massachusetts!!!! Services are appointment only, so don't attempt to just walk in. Don't let the location fool you! They give you personalized service at a fair price. They took off my horrible nails done at another salon and mine came out amazing! They are so nice there, they talk to you like a person and don't try to talk you into things you don't want. I already made my next appointment!

It took me a very long time to find a nail place that was clean, welcoming, friendly and fairly priced. Kim Nails is all of the above. Not only are their prices fair, their work is amazing. They have an overwhelming selection of colors and designs. They keep up with the trends and my nails always look amazing. And unlike many other nail salons, they NEVER rip me off. Their prices are concrete and they don't slip anything by you. Kim and Phong are very sweet and personable people. I look forward to getting my nails done with them every couple of weeks! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Unique nail designs from passionate artists! They have a gallery of amazing nail designs on their website so you can see the quality you'll get- even before making an appointment. They take their time to make sure the job gets done right. Definitely coming back and recommending to friends.
