I went there yesterday for a fill in and polish change on my toes. My nails look nice but the man tried to force me to get shellac and my feet because I got it on my nails. He said they only do shellac on feet but I got the same service just 3 weeks ago. He spoke in his language to tell others to not polish my toes even though they use polish when you get a pedicure. I will not be returning!!

Loved my toes but I had to argue with the nail tech to get them how I wanted them... When do people get to tell you no when you know yourself better or paying them to do something?

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sat there for an hour while employees smoked and sat on their phone. I had to let them know I had been waiting a while and how much longer. Then a man walked in to ask to use a phone for an emergency and the employees just kind ignored him. Eventually a customer spoke up then they let him use the phone. He asked several times for the address for the ambulance and they totally ignored him. I had to get outta there. Didn’t even let them polish my nails. No ma’am don’t go here they don’t want your business.
