I have been there before & never had a bad experience until today. I brought my daughter with me & the nail technician cut my daughter's cuticles & made them bleed on 3 nails. The nails themselves look good.

Terrible! The place looks gorgeous- tech barely spoke to me, did the minimum, no hand massage ( my favorite part ) to finish and I didn’t even realize it was over because she didn’t say ANYTHING. My daughter and I had appointments together and my daughter had to wait the ENTIRE time I was getting my nails done for her turn. I left to do a little shopping, she still wasn’t done, left again came back another 30 minutes later- STILL not done, now we are running late for our next appointment. Both services took an HOUR AND 45 minutes for a fill! The worse part is that my daughters nails look thick and chunky- extremely amauture. Her thumb nail looks like a parrots beak- just awful, we just wanted to get out of there. Oh and they charged us $15 more than anywhere else we’ve been to in POINT. $88 for 2 fills?! NEVER AGAIN!

Bad because I went in at 11:00 to get a fill at 11:30 the lady tells me I have to come back later cause she got a 12:00 appointment like what kind of service is that but I will not be going back and most definitely will let my friends know not to patronize there business that was very unprofessional.

V disappointed. went in for pedis w/ my mom, place was pretty but the dude couldn’t even draw some zig zag lines. I asked him to draw a flower on my toes & he drew a bunch of weird lines (not rly sure what the pattern is supposed to be lol?¿). the dude i had rubbed my legs & feet but w my mom they didn’t do anything. just slapped the lotion on and rubbed it right off. also not to mention they got NAIL POLISH ON MY MOMS BRAND NEW SHOES!!🙁

I used to really like this place. But the last 5 or more times I've went I've been disappointed. 😶
