They did not take their time with my nails at all. My fingers were gritty and dusty the entire time. In my experience they dust your fingers off each time they do any dipping. I picked a color that should have had a white layer underneath but they only put on the glitter layer. I also have a few imperfections in my nails which I am pretty sure is due to him using paper towels for everything and not properly cleaning the nails off after doing so. I list all growth due to him being so rough with my nails and he then asked if i bite my nails (never have had an issue with this). He was also touching his face and nose constantly then touching me which would indicate to me that they do not have the best cleanliness practices. There was also no lotion on the sink for after you've had a ton of acetone on your hands. I think that they need a substantial amount of training in doing and removing dip nails in order to continue to offer the service. The nail tech even asked me how the previous salon did the nails that i had on when I went in.

I went to get acrylics and they did not even put on the acrylic tips. When I told them what I actually wanted Bill ripped the acrylic stuff off my real nail. Then I asked for mermaid nails number 25, then when he started putting on the color on my nails it was a totally different color. I also asked for shorter but he left them so long. When I came home, all my nails were sore as well.

I went here before my wedding to get a pedicure and a manicure. The pedicure was ok and my nails looked nice until the polish got messed up on my little toe and they didnt offer to fix it. I felt bullied into getting either the shellac or dip manicure which I did not want. I wanted a relaxing natural manicure with the massage and wax. Instead my nails were quickly filed down and one was not straight. I had to fix it myself when I got home. She kept telling me that my nail was just like that and there was nothing she could do. No lotion, no wax, 5 minutes and she was done. The filing was so harsh that one of my nails broke before my wedding a couple days later. Started to break on the side. Will never go back again. When you pay for a service you expect it to be done right. Very disappointed.
