This place is a gem. Not very busy, so you can usually make a same day appointment. Mimi is fantastic! She really takes the time to give you a perfect haircut on every visit. She is also very friendly, kind, and attentive. I just can't say enough good things about her.

not just for ladies - I have been going to Lou Lou's for 12 years and the service is fantastic. Mimi takes her time and does a great job. Mustache trim, eyebrow trim, wash and condition and cut all for $15! leave a nice tip guys, she works hard. Nina is the owner and she will make you feel like your visiting a favorite relative. This place rocks.

She did the exact opposite of what I asked her for and my hair looks terrible ): I'm embarrassed to be at work, and it's too short to fix until it grows out more

This is the least expensive place I have ever found that gives friendly, attentive, quality hair cuts and colors. I am picky with my haircuts and Mimi has never given me less than fabulous results. I now live in Seattle, and after trying half a dozen places, will probably have to drive up to Bellingham for a decent trim.
