Just relocated to kodak from Pigeon Forge, I have never had such a terrible boring and unflavored pizza from a Pizza hut franchise before. We won't order from the kodak pizza hut again.

Hello Pizza Hut, this is Alex McCutchan, a long time customer. Thank you for the years of delicious pizza, but I'm sad to say I'm finished with Pizza Hut. A few weeks ago I ordered pizza for my family on Mother's Day. My order totaled $130. When I arrived I was told that they thought it was a prank call because of the amount. So I I had to wait for them to make the order because they hadn't even begun it yet. When I arrived home all 36 wings of my order were tossed in the wrong sauce (Honey BBQ instead of buffalo, also one of the pizzas had a wrong topping and was missing a topping on another. I wasn't as concerned with the toppings as I was all the wings being tossed in the wrong sauce, it was event on the receipt) but the bags were tied in a knot so I didn't check them in store. I called and told them about what had happened. The employee was very nice and I received a $40 credit for the wings. That was a few weeks ago. Today I decided to use my credit. I called to ask how the credit worked because it was my first time using in store credit. Over the phone I was told that my $40 credit would be applied in store and that I couldn't order online and had to order carry out. When I arrived at Pizza Hut they told me that they can't find the credit on my account. Then they tell me it only applies to the store that gave me the credit. That's fine but if they couldn't find it on my account when I placed the order over the phone why did they tell me it had to be applied in store when I arrived to pick up my food. Why let me drive all the way to the store location before telling me it wasn't showing up on my account and only applies to the store that gave me the credit. I love Pizza Hut but I won't be ordering anymore. There's always some issue with my orders. I could go on about the time I paid for blue cheese online then then had to pay again when I arrived because I was told it didn't show up on their computer even tho it showed on my app. It was $5 worth of blue cheese but I didn't complain, I just paid it again anyways. Then the other times I received wrong or left out toppings on my pizzas. I never complained or called to speak to anyone until the wings. These are all separate orders over the last year and I've never complained but it's been very frustrating to deal with something every time. I've given them benefit of the doubt multiple times but I'm so tired of expecting to deal with an issue every time I order pizza from Pizza Hut. I won't be ordering again and I'm deleting the app. I'm not angry, just beyond disappointed with the customer service almost every time I've done business with them. I hate to stop ordering because I've loved the pizza and wings for years but it's not worth the trouble of dealing with an issue every time. Thank you for the years of delicious pizza but I'm sad to say I'm finished with pizza hut.
