Went in to have a fill and polish change on my toes. The tech did a trash job on both. The filing was sloppy the polishing was horrific there was Polish all around the cuticle on my nails and toes. I have acrylic on my big toe she polished right on top of it you could clearly see the line of demarcation. I expressed my dislike and concern and was spoken to very rudely by the tech telling me that I should’ve been said something as if I could have predicted the outcome before she had finished. She went on to insinuate that I just didn’t want to pay. She then was like well you don’t have to pay for your toes. As a business owner myself I cannot fathom treating a customer that way! I will never come here again! Over charged for poor quality work and service! Nails were shaped incorrectly and everything. By far the worse I have ever experienced!! I had to go spend an additional 65$ to have it fixed. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.

1 young lady there has ABSOLUTELY no business doing nails. She says she can do what you ask her & she can not than expects to be paid NOT.... Send her back to training!! I know you had many complaints. Nobody want her to do there nails..the lady that sits at the front of the salon probably the owner knows..all the young girls hang around her table..& 1 of those young ladies told me not to let her do my nails..but being in a hurry it was Home Coming at the time.
