The staff does not pay attention to the customers wile working on them more do they try at least TRY to meet there needs. They push the more expensive product that they have at the time in you. And dont lisson or possable under stand when u ask them a simple request ( shorter, longer , EVEN.. they have had many nail techs in and out over the past several years and only a few are actuly kind and knowledgeable. The waits are long some times and depending on the tech not worth the wait. Even with an appointment they fail to attend to you in a timely manner. I'm extreamly disappointed in there service latley.

I went to Lucky Nails to get a full set of gel nails. He did a very good job and listened to everything I asked him to do. Everyone was very friendly and the salon was clean as well.

I can't imagine why there are bad reviews. For a moderately priced nail salon, it's very good. I've never had the slightest issue with anyone or anything there. It's not hoity toity, and I like that. We're talking about nails here, ladies, not an organ transplant. I find the staff to be friendly and helpful. I screwed up two nails today, and Kathy was great about redoing them.

I never write reviews but I'm so mad I spent 60 dollars 2 weeks ago for a full set from the beginning they started chipping and while buttoning my daughters shirt this morning they just started falling off and that should not happen and I'm furious and will never go there again or recommend them to anyone!!
