I am generally not one to post reviews, but I have to give a LOT of thanks to Paul. I have tried multiple nail salons and all of them have disappointed me, until I went to NailPort. Paul fixed an acrylic nail disaster that I had from a previous salon and my nails look so awesome now. I had never seen a salon smooth the underside of acrylic nails until Paul did mine, it makes the nails look even more natural. He was very thorough on making sure all of my nails were of equal thickness, length, and shape. I have a misfortune of having thick cuticles and Paul made sure to work carefully so it would not end up painful, (which is something the other salons I've gone to have not done). Thank you SO much Paul and I will definitely be seeing you again. Melanie

Paul at nail port is so great, I am not creative and Paul always helps me with choosing colors that look good with my skin! I work out a ton so my nails go through a lot so it's important that my nails are not flimsy but he doesn't make the acrylic look chunky at all!!! SO Pleased with my experience with nail port!

Decided to see if I could squeeze in a quick gel manicure. They were able to get me in right away and super great about taking my previous gels off. The price for a gel polish change and removal was super reasonable, I was done in 30 minutes, and he actually paid attention to what I wanted with length and nail shape! Super impressed and I’ll definitely be back!

People were friendly but my nails have been damaged quite a bit since having my gel filed off here once. My nails felt so thin and brittle afterwards. Also with the gel, she didn’t take it all the way to the side wall. So my gel didn’t last very long before peeling off. Won’t be going back.

I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I was surprised because of the positive reviews. Ethics and some of the workmanship was disappointing. It was the first and it will be the last time I go there. My friend and I had gift certificates given to us at Christmas for pedicures. When we arrived for our appointments, the other day there was only one person there. He said he was one of the owners. I had given him my hone had my phone number when I made the appointments. I don't know why he didn't call and tell me what the situation was. I should have asked, I was trying to be kind. We rescheduled to go in two days later when we could have our pedicures at the same time. Paul the owner said he would give us some extras because of our rescheduling. That didn't happen. My friend wanted shellac polish which she was charged $20.00 extra. It was not mentioned that there would be a price difference. I think their business practices are lacking to say the least. Because of these things neither one of us will go back or recommend them. In addition I also had to repair and repaint my polish went I got home. I don't like to write negative reviews. I only know nothing can change if they don't know of the problems. Hopefully this will help.
