I used to get my nails done here exclusively. They were never exceptionally nice or accommodating, but the lady did an ok job on my nails so I kept going back...until I brought a friend who understood their language and learned they're roasting everybody in their native tongue literally all day -.-

I've been getting my nails done here for the last couple months and every time, I get a broken nail within a week. When I go to other places, my nails never break. I thought maybe it was my fault, but I realize now it's the salon/technician. On a side note, one of the times I got my nails done here, I was asked why I get gel nails? I explained that I prefer them, even though I keep them short. She proceeded to tell me that I should just do gel polish instead. This bothered me because I felt like she didn't want to take the time to do my nails. I've seen other reviews that people weren't offered water or soda, even though it's complimentary and was offered to others. Of all the times I've been here, never once has someone offered a refreshment. I will not be coming back to this nail salon.

I had heard some AMAZING reviews about here via Word of Mouth.... went on a Saturday morning, and got the WORST service EVER. They had set me up in a great spot, and I already had my feet in the water. A couple of women came in together, and wanted to sit together - there was an empty chair next to me, so they moved me to a ratty chair that the remote for the massage didn't work. The woman working on my pedicure was very abrupt, almost rude. Everyone else who came in was offered water or soda, yet I had been offered nothing. The pedicure was extremely rough, and now..... 3 weeks later, I am still fighting off an infection in my toe. I will never ever go back....

Kelly is excellent. I have gone to Kelly about eight times. She has done everything for me including: Gel nails manicure, Pedicure, and excellent lip, chin, eyebrows and sides of face waxing. I always get compliments on my nails, and the waxing has never caused me redness nor breakouts (which I have experienced at other salons). Thanks to Kelly, I never have to wonder whether any service that I have mentioned above, will come out very good. She is consistently excellent! Definitely go here, and definitely ask for Kelly...........................This is Colleen S.

The guy working the front desk asked what services I wanted, I told him and write it on the sign-in sheet. I heard him tell the lady spa pedi. The lady didn't give me what I requested--I received a regular pedicure vs. the spa. Maybe she thought the one black lady in the shop wasn't worth the time, or didn't have the extra $10 for the spa pedi. What makes it even worse is that she did a HORRIBLE job on the regular pedi. When I got back to the station for my mani, I looked as my feet; they looked worse than what they did when I went in. She didn't even put any oil or lotion on then. There were spots of skin that looked like she didn't even touch. I could've done a better job at home. They claimed that the manager was out of town and wouldn't be back until Tue and I could call back then and speak to him about it. Who doesn't have a manager at a nail shop on the busiest day of the week? As soon as the charge hits my account, I'm requesting a charge back for not receiving my goods. If you aren't white, don't even think about coming here...they don't give you the time of day. Even sitting here waiting for my toes to dry (I didn't even waste any more time getting my mani), the white customers, they conversed with, asked them if they would like anything to drink, etc. I didn't even so much as get an apology for getting the wrong service...i even had to lotion my own self after I pointed out my disappointment with the service to the tech.
