I went in to Cosmo Nails to get Shellac nails done. The lady asked me what colors I liked and I told her that I liked dark colors like brown, gray, dark purple, blacks, etc. I was taking a while to decide because if I am paying for it, I want the perfect color. I felt rushed to hurry and pick a color. She had recommended a dark pink and sparkly. So, I picked that one. While she was doing it, I realized that she seemed like she was in a hurry even though there was ONE other person there. She was done, and I paid $22. When I got home, I realized that it wasn't even the color she showed me. It was a maroon sparkly color. On top of that, it was very uneven and had bumps and didn't even cover my whole nail. The sides weren't painted. So I called and told them, I didn't love the color and they told me to come back in the next day and they would fix it. I went it, and all they did was paint the new color over the old color! You can still see the old color under the new color. I asked her why it was so uneven and bumpy and she told me that it always looks like that.. Wouldn't recommend going there at all. Very poor work.
