Getting my acrylic nails removed here was an extremely painful experience because she basically just ripped them off without soaking them or anything. Not only was it painful but the lady that did it had no sense of professionalism or boundaries. She asked to see a picture of my sister and then tried scrolling and looking through my other pictures. I suggest never coming here if you can help it.
