I called before I showed up and they said they weren’t busy. I half expected them to be busy since it is in fact labor day, but i was surprised so i showed up. they had a chair for me immediately, it had nails clippings still on the towel and i sat there picking my color with it messy. then my tech wraps my nails in the foil tells me to wait 10 minutes and he’ll be back. 25 minutes later, after he’s finished another pedicure he come back to take my nails off. i tell him i like my nails short, but he still puts a tip on my pointer finger and then tells me i can’t have the shape i asked for because my nails were too short. i had correct the shape several times on different nails and he seemed very annoyed each time. finally, once he’s done he charges my card and i ask for the total, which he mumbles under his breath and charges me. for the price i could have gone somewhere else and gotten treated 10 times better. i understand being busy, but tell your customers so they’re not sitting there waiting under the impression you’re not.

Very reasonably priced for a great pedi! I recommend "The Spoiler" all the scrubs, lotions, and massages are so worth $40!! I'm happy, will be back!

The guy that did my nails was very rough and made my fingers hurt. My nails do not look good. He also didn’t get all my old polish off. Definitely do not recommend this place.

I've been going to city nails since 1999. I love the staff and the job they've always done! Never had a complaint!!
