Never had an issue or bad experience here. I've had both Jackie and Sonny do my nails, and they've always turned out great. Jackie tries to talk you into a more extravagant design (and has a good eye for what you like) and makes conversation. Sonny quietly does whatever you asked for. Pick your preference, and make your appointment accordingly! Good people!

Jackie is the owner and her husband are so unprofessional and rude too. Not only do they go up on prices every time I go, the way they treat people is horrible , they talk about u the whole time and make u wait outrageous time for a color change. She and her husband not only make my cuticles bleed while filling but they have no respect for their customers. The customer service is horrible and jackie can't so nails horrible!!!!¡! They also refused my service when I asked y the prices kept increasing every time I came bqck for a fill 10$ more than last time . I'm never going back there again.

I showed a picture of how I wanted my nails to look... when my nails didn't look like how they were pictured, I said that and suggested a rather easy alternative to fix it.. he "fixed" it, but not to how I suggested.. then charged me more for the additional polish to "fix" it... leaving very unhappy, will not return.

I made an appointment, they had me in right on time. Service was excellent, fast, and they were friendly. Make an appointment for courtesy. Gives them the ability to give you good service! When a bunch of people walk in that has to be stressful!
