Have been going for over 5 years. Never had a problem. Professional and loved the work. The site is under new management and no problems. Hours are longer and opened 7 days a week which works better with my availability.

Worst experience! The technician cut into my cuticle while filing making it bleed.
Then tried to charge me $38 dollars for a less than desirable paint job when stinging slice in my finger. Maybe I am wrong but I do not think I should have had to pay when I am leaving with an injury that I did not come in with. Though I understand everyone needs to work for a living. I handed him a $50 and he brought me back $20 and said "sorry". Sorry you lost my business!

I always go there to get my nails done and they do a good job on them :) :)

I'm so sad. I have been going here for 5 years now. Yesterday I went to get my nails done. I went in yesterday to get my nails done and it was all new owners and workers and everything was moved around. They didn't say they were getting rid of it or anything. How do you just leave over night? Got my nails done by them one week and 2 weeks later it's all different. So disappointed. I don't even know where to go now.

I’ve been going here for years. I won’t go anywhere else. I live on the west side and drive over there lol. Anything you ask for they can do. Theres always a long wait BECAUSE they are that good. Its worth the wait. I’ve never been disappointed. 5 years running. My advise? Get there early :)
